What Happens After You Reach Out

Reception reviews new messages within a business day and calls or emails you back to talk about scheduling. If you have insurance questions, we'll check your specific plan while we have you on the phone, usually in that one call, so you know where you stand before you commit to anything.

From there, we can typically schedule your evaluation within a couple of weeks. Your first visit is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist who will examine you, explain what's going on, and build a plan around what you're trying to get back to.

Direct Access & Insurance

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Usually not. Oregon allows direct access, which means you can start physical therapy by calling us yourself. Some insurance plans still require a referral, and we'll tell you which category you fall into when we check your coverage.

Do you take my insurance?

We accept Medicare and most commercial plans, and cash pay is available. Give us your plan details on the phone and we'll look it up.
